Tim Pringle has all the bases covered for Live corporate entertainment.
When it comes to corporate function entertainment and live band hire Tim can perform either Solo, Duo or band according to the size of the event.
He has provided corporate dinner solo entertainment. Company awards entertainment as a Duo and Corporate Christmas Function entertainment as a band.

Corporate Event Entertainment requires a high level of quality & professionalism.
Usually a very early arrival is part of the deal so we are fully set up and sound checked prior to guest entry.
We set up with minimal noise and fuss.
We provide full production and lighting or we can liaise with your AV people beforehand on all the technical needs.
We provide a classy acoustic set during dinner then a high-energy dance set later.
Depending on your function type and guest numbers and theme Tim can play
Solo, Duo or full band.
You may have a theme which we can cater for with particular songs and eras.
We provide music all night – iPod background and DJ style sets between all live performances.
For corporate entertainment for awards nights we can liaise with your MC to provide short 30 second blasts of iPod ‘walk up music’ as presenters and award recipients make their way to the stage.
Tim will work with you to design the ultimate package whether solo – Duo or Band, dinner or dance music .

I am not a stand-up comedian but if you don’t already have an MC in mind I can perform basic MC duties such as:
- Guests welcomes & farewells.
- Introducing speeches ( a wireless microphone is provided for speeches ).

Full Band
I just had to write to thank you for playing at our recent Staff Awards Night. We first heard you at a colleague’s wedding last year and those of us at the wedding could not stop talking about how fantastic the music was and how we never left the dance floor. With that in mind and being on the organizing committee our first thought was to book you guys.
Having 300 staff I always knew we would have a vast range of tastes when it came to music. I remember downloading your repertoire and holding a ‘mini-survey’ with about 20 staff of differing ages- the overwhelming response was yes they would dance to the music you guys played.
Come October 26th boy did they dance! It was a fabulous night- the dance floor was full all night – and many a guest was singing (although not quite as in tune as yourselves). I’m so glad you guys could help to make this awards night “the best ever” which is a pretty good rap considering we have been holding these nights for over 25 years.
Once again thanks, and we definitely look forward to having you join us again.

Duo For Your Corporate Function
We had the Tim Pringle Duo (With Drummer, Alexie) for our Annual Christmas Party at Cockle Bay Wharf in Darling Harbour and i must say, they did a fantastic job!
We had amazing feedback from staff as they were very flexible with songs and even did Karaoke! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others and will definitely keep them in mind for future events.

Intimate Solo Function
Just wanted to say thank you for a great event on Tuesday night at our Player Sponsor Dinner held at Dedes Restaurant at Sydney Rowers.
As you know, I had previously booked you for our Christmas party at my last place of employment and so loved what you did at that event that I brought your details with me when I moved to Wests Tigers. I was keen for the opportunity to work with you again and thought our Player Sponsor Dinner was the right event.
As expected, you didn’t disappoint!
Not only did you select the right type of music for our function but you were on time, easy to work with and the most popular question I was asked all night was where I found you guys! I saw some of our clients and some of the players talking to you after the event and observed you handing out your business card so I hope you have several bookings as a result of Tuesday night. You certainly deserve it.

Solo – Duo or Band?
Solo or Duo or Band the result is the same – the end result is a full dance floor – that’s the main point.
Less than 50 guests – book me solo
More than 100 guests – book my Duo
More than 150 – book my trio or band
For anyone who is looking for a band to play at any function stop looking you have found the best person ever. I found Tim on the internet and didn’t get a chance to see him perform before booking him so I had to take pot luck. He had everyone dancing and having great time. I received so many comments in the days after the party about the music and how fantastic it was. If you want your function to be a success make sure you book Tim.

How long do you play for?
Either before or after your formalities and awards or background music over dinner AND dance music for the party time. Usually 1-2 sets of dinner music, then 1-2 sets of dance music.
We are often there for the whole night – from the beginning to the end of your function – we don’t work to a set time limit – we simply work around the formalities and fill in the gaps with suitable dinner or dance music. We recommend finishing the music about 1⁄2 an hour before the room hire ends to let guests settle down before having to leave.
How much space required for set up?
For live band hire a stage is ideal which most bigger venues have already or they often have a portable stage. Otherwise floor space requirements are:
3 x 2m minimum for solo
5 x 3m minimum for duo.
7 x 3m minimum for band
